How to become vegetarian or vegan if you are on a ketogenic diet
The diet is based on a combination of foods, such as meat, fish and dairy products, as well as a relatively small amount of plant-based products.
A ketogenic (low-carb) diet is generally regarded as the ideal way to eat.
Ketones, which are produced when fat is burned for energy, are found in animal foods, so people can get a high-fat diet without getting sick or developing diseases.
But the ketogenic lifestyle is not recommended for everyone.
“People need to be aware that this is not the same as ketosis, and that it is not an alternative to normal diet,” says Jenny Prentice, a lecturer in nutrition at the University of Exeter.
“You need to take a more plant-focused diet.”
What you should eat The list of ketogenic foods that you should avoid is not as long as some people may think.
“A lot of people say that they’re vegan because they’re vegetarian, but that’s not necessarily the case,” says Prentice.
“There’s still a lot of food that you can eat that’s high in carbohydrates, fat and protein.”
It’s important not to get too full and you don’t want to eat too many sweets.” “
It’s important to eat less fat and carbs.
It’s important not to get too full and you don’t want to eat too many sweets.”
What the research says The study by Prentice and colleagues examined the diets of 5,000 people from across the UK, using data from the British Heart Foundation.
It found that: People on the keto-restricted diet had lower levels of total cholesterol and LDL (bad cholesterol) than those on a normal diet.
