Quince Quinoa (1 pound quinoa) Quinoa will keep for a week in the refrigerator.
You can store quinoa in the bag in the freezer.
To prepare your quiche, place quinoa into a medium bowl and add salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
Toss to coat in the sauce.
To serve, add a couple of quince spears and toss with your favorite sauce.
Chickpea Chickpeas (1 cup chickpeases) Chickpeaches can be frozen, but if you don’t have time to thaw, they will keep in the cooler for a couple weeks.
If it’s not possible to thawed chickpeasts, you can also freeze them in plastic bags in the freeze-thaw cycle.
