Why you should avoid cheese, pepper, and other meats from vegan foods
The world has changed dramatically since I first began eating meat as a teenager.
Now, vegans are getting a fair amount of attention, but the food I grew up eating is still a staple of my diet.
I eat mostly cheese, but my other staples include pepper, eggplant, mushrooms, avocado, and potatoes.
As a vegetarian, I eat a lot of meat, too, but mostly dairy.
I also have a vegan diet, but I’ve never really been able to make any real progress in the last few years.
It’s still hard for me to accept that meat is my food of choice, and that eating a vegan food that is mostly dairy and eggs is my only option.
For the first time in my life, I have an answer.
The answer is that eating meat is not going to be a part of my future.
But, like the answer to the question, it also means that if you want to be vegan, it’s worth it.
