7 Vegan Recipes to Cook for Green Vegetarians
A few years ago, I was lucky enough to be invited to a cookbook signing event for my new book, Vegetarian Cookbook.
I was blown away by the enthusiasm, creativity, and love that the authors and publishers of this book had for their recipes.
They were all so incredibly generous and gracious in sharing their love of cooking with us.
There was a sense of community here.
We were sharing food, they were sharing love.
This was not just another meal party, this was a meal party for the entire world.
So, when I was asked to write this cookbook, I knew it was going to be a perfect fit for my vegan readers.
But as I got closer to the book’s release, I realized I needed to be more specific.
Vegan Recipes is a collection of vegan recipes I learned from the many vegan cookbooks I had read over the years.
It was written by a vegan chef who was an avid cookbook reader and an avid vegetarian cookbook author.
Vegan Recipes features a full recipe database, recipes that were shared in my book Vegan Cooking for a Whole Vegan Life.
These recipes were the ones I really enjoyed and found most rewarding to recreate and share with my readers.
The recipes were very diverse and I was excited to have a variety of options for those who were looking for vegan options.
This book was created with my own cooking skills, and I hope it will serve as a resource for anyone who is trying to make vegan meals for a whole vegan lifestyle.
