How to make vegetarian meatballs – parmesans recipe
This is a parmesano-meatball recipe that’s sure to please.
The sauce is made with a blend of parmesian spices and the recipe is very simple.
It’s the perfect accompaniment to a vegetarian feast.
Heat a large pan with olive oil and add the garlic, chili powder and turmeric.
Add the parmesa, red chilli flakes and salt.
Add chicken stock and cook for 4 minutes.
Add tomato paste and stir well.
Add all the remaining ingredients and cook on a medium-low heat for 30 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Pour in the sauce and serve.
You can also serve this on top of spaghetti or spaghetti bolognese.
