Which vegan dishes are your favourite?
Vegetarian food is still a very niche market in Japan, and its hard to get a good grasp on what people really like to eat.
But with the country’s vegetarian options growing in popularity, I thought it was time to share a few vegan dishes with you.
I’ve made some vegan curry myself, and while the recipes are quite different, they’re definitely good, if a little over-the-top.
Here are my favourites, from vegan curry to vegan chicken curry to veggie tofu curry to tofu rice.
I’m so happy I can share this list with you!
Ive made many of these recipes and its very rewarding when you can share them with people.

Vegetarian curry I’ve been making vegetarian curry for years now, and I think its pretty safe to say that its a favourite among the people I know.
It has a lot of ingredients and is pretty easy to make.
You can make the sauce as is, or use it as a sauce for any recipe you’d like.
If its curry, it will be a great way to add some spice and flavour to a meal.
If it’s tofu, you can make a delicious curry for a tofu-loving family.
I usually make this curry with a lot more soy sauce, but you can use anything you like.
The more you use soy sauce to spice up your curry, the less likely you are to end up with a curry that is overly spicy, and this will also result in a healthier curry.
Vegetable tofu curry Veggie tofu is one of my favourite ingredients.
It’s easy to cook, tastes fantastic, and can be made with almost any vegetables.
I like to use it to make tofu-based curries, but if you’re vegetarian, its not hard to make a vegetarian tofu curry.
If tofu isnt your thing, you might try making tofu curry instead. Tofu rice Vegan rice is the traditional rice of Japanese cuisine.
It is a grain which has a unique texture and flavour.
When you mix it with vegetables, it becomes a delicious, easy to prepare dish.
The most common way to make vegan rice is to boil it, but I have made vegan rice using a low heat method too.
You could also use a low-fat cooking oil.
Makes about 4 cups, and is a great idea if you want to make the curry in the same pot.
Boil tofu rice in a pot over medium heat, and cook for about 15 minutes.
Remove the rice and add in the vegetable stock.
Bring to a simmer and add the curry, soy sauce and tofu rice, and cover the pot and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Once it’s cooked, remove the rice from the heat and stir in the rice vinegar.
Cook for another 10 minutes, and then serve with steamed rice and a dollop of kimchi.
You can make this recipe with tofu or vegetable rice.
I have tried to include as many vegetables as possible in the recipe, but its up to you.
Try a few different types of vegetables to get your favourite texture.
