Ingredients: For the Vegan Taco 1 cup flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 cup shredded cabbage 1 egg 1/3 cup avocado 1 tablespoon sour cream 1 tablespoon cilantro For the Salad 1 avocado, peeled and diced 1 red onion, diced 1 avocado avocado, sliced 1 red bell pepper, diced 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup chopped tomatoes 1/8 cup cilantro, chopped 1/6 cup chopped cilantro 1/5 cup chopped green onions 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded 1/7 cup shredded cheddar, shredded Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, and cabbage.
Add the cabbage and egg and mix to combine.
